In consumer exchanges, a notice of withdrawal may be made without justification within 14 days of delivery of the product, with legal exceptions reserved. You can forward your notification to info@1927customshop.com with your order number and open request.

Return process

After the notification, contact us for the delivery method and delivery address of the product. Prepare the accessories and existing documents that come with the product together. Pack the product safely; do not rely solely on phone calls to exercise your rights, and keep the shipping record.

Cancellation, defective product and exceptions

You can forward your cancellation request via the same email prior to the posting. Your legal rights arising from defamatory property are independent of the right to forfeit. Products prepared specifically for the person and other exceptions regulated in the legislation are evaluated according to the concrete product and transaction conditions; no general return ban is imposed on all music products.

Payback
